Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with 90%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex billing/technical inquiries using Salesforce and Zendesk
- Upsell products/services during customer interactions
- Maintain detailed CRM documentation with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical escalation teams for unresolved issues
- Participate in weekly training to enhance product knowledge
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for FCR and AHT metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years call center or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with high accuracy
- Spanish bilingual certification preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of PCI compliance standards
