Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for Fortune 500 healthcare clients with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex billing inquiries using Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate patient appointment scheduling
- Exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) through continuous improvement
- Mentor new representatives on company protocols and best practices
- Participate in quarterly process optimization workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume call center or healthcare support
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) with multi-tasking ability
- Healthcare compliance knowledge (HIPAA, PCI-DSS) preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with emotional intelligence
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional off-site client meetings
- Spanish bilingual certification a significant plus
