- Document interactions in Salesforce while maintaining detailed case notes for compliance
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and product knowledge
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues within SLA timelines
- Mentor junior representatives on best practices and company protocols
- Analyze call patterns to recommend process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of call center or customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with multi-channel expertise
- Ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with SaaS or technology products highly desirable
- Valid work authorization in the United States
