- Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound calls daily with 95%+ accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Document interactions in Salesforce with precise detail and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives based on customer feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B customer service experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Available to work rotating weekends and holidays
