Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Resolve escalated issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining SLA targets
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system-related customer concerns
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team training initiatives
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including CSAT, FCR, and AHT metrics
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines and service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume contact centers
- Proven track record of resolving complex customer issues independently
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for documentation accuracy
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
