Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade data volumes.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Innovation & R&D: Identify emerging trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge AI to maintain a competitive edge.
- Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or MBA with a technical focus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern software architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term technology visions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
