Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance engineering and strategy team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the lifecycle of major technical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies and progress reports to stakeholders at all levels with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable strategic plans for 2026.
