- Manage a budget of over $10M for R&D and capital expenditures.
- Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders and academic partners.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, executive management, or R&D leadership.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (GenAI, IoT, Blockchain).
