Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for weekend maintenance and feature updates.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and perform system optimization to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical workshops during the week.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Debug complex issues and implement robust security measures during off-peak hours.
- Document technical architecture and maintain technical knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Must be available and willing to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
