Responsibilities

- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept development for high-impact technical projects.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into scalable, actionable technical specifications.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a high-performance technical culture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, or edge computing architectures.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts up to 3 years in advance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
