Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight roadmap, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global research organizations
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using data analytics, expert networks, and AI-driven trend detection
- Present strategic recommendations at executive forums and industry conferences representing Horizon Dynamics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with proven impact on long-term roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic frameworks
