Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and predictive analytics.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and generative AI systems that align with long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate high-level strategy into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI practices and data governance frameworks to ensure compliance and safety.
- Present technical roadmaps and future-state scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concept (POC) development for novel AI architectures.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and strategy.
- Deep technical proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning techniques.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts and adapt roadmaps accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
