Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational departments
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Data Science, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in trend analysis, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated experience developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent professional training
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
