Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making and R&D prioritization
- Author white papers and trend briefings on exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build quantitative forecasting models using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing new methodologies in strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their market implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry publications
- Strong command of scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas markets
