You'll: Lead horizon-scanning initiatives, pioneer emerging tech integration, and architect our 2026 innovation ecosystem. Collaborate with quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech teams while presenting actionable insights to C-suite executives and board members.
Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-year trend analysis across quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Roadmap with measurable milestones
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to stakeholders on emerging disruptions
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate future-facing startups
- Author '2026 Horizon Reports' for internal and industry publication
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or AGI governance
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience leading teams across 3+ time zones and cultural contexts
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
