Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, AI-driven trend analysis, and stakeholder workshops
- Deliver executive briefings and innovation roadmaps for C-suite clients across technology and healthcare verticals
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies integrating quantum computing, biotech, and climate resilience modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-state solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Publish thought leadership in partnership with MIT Technology Review and Future Today Institute
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record developing future-ready strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech disruption modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CSO, WFS) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Experience leading scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Published research on technological singularity or climate adaptation strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives implemented by 2025
