- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and data scientists
- Secure SBIR/STTR grants and DARPA contracts for future-focused projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures with $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech domains
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain within 90 days
