Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' foresight reports identifying emerging tech and societal inflection points
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges (e.g., climate resilience, neuro-interfaces)
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic institutions, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Present findings at Davos-level forums and publish in Nature/Future of Work journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work with measurable impact (e.g., patents, policy changes)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and geopolitical boundaries
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., Shell-style) or foresight methodologies
- Fluency in 3+ languages preferred
