Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Global Innovation Strategy with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough products/services in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging startups
- Present future scenarios to the Board of Directors and C-suite executives
- Publish industry whitepapers and keynote at global tech conferences
- Oversee a $50M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI analysis
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with focus on disruptive innovation
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Experience with venture capital investment evaluation and scaling
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, and quantum applications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF, WFS)
