Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product development pipelines
- Author high-impact scenario planning reports for 2026 market conditions and competitive landscapes
- Establish global networks of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Design and foresight training programs for senior leadership teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, biotech convergence, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with specialization in strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
