Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight framework
- Represent the company at global tech and futurism conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation patents
- Global perspective with cross-cultural collaboration experience
