Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends through 2026+
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year organizational vision
- Lead executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) across enterprise functions
- Present future outlooks to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on innovation or future trends
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFS preferred)
- Experience building and managing innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
