- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into 5-year roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin) for breakthrough signals
- Present foresight findings to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership on long-term tech disruption (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 2025+ transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and ethical implications of accelerating change
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategy
