Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-horizon strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis across emerging tech verticals
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof business models
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners
- Author white papers on disruptive technology impacts
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
