Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to prepare organizations for 2026 market disruptions and technological inflection points
- Author executive briefings and predictive whitepapers published in top-tier industry publications
- Facilitate high-stakes workshops with Fortune 500 leadership teams to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain proprietary trend-forecasting algorithms integrating geopolitical, technological, and sociocultural data
- Mentor junior strategists while establishing thought leadership through speaking engagements at global innovation forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify patentable innovations emerging from future trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership at Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting firms
- Proven track record of developing and implementing predictive models for long-term market shifts (2018-2025 validation required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related quantitative discipline (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, and spatial computing
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in D3.js, Tableau, or custom forecasting tools
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major industry publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent advanced training
