Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Global Innovation Outlook report
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives at partner organizations
- Direct the implementation of emerging tech pilots with $5M+ innovation budgets
- Host exclusive Future Forward symposiums for industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build our internal foresight methodology
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership
- Proven track record publishing industry-defining trend analyses
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented strategic frameworks
- Deep network connections with global innovation ecosystems
