Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate weekend maintenance schedules and emergency IT support rotations to minimize business downtime.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and technical teams.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes for technical projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and data security regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with proven success in managing Full-Time operational roles.
- Strong availability for weekend shifts and occasional on-call emergency support.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a premium attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate technical teams and resolve conflicts.
