Responsibilities
- Manage and automate deployment pipelines for our web applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues during off-peak hours.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
- Collaborate with the development team to optimize application performance.
- Conduct security audits and patch management on the weekend schedule.
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain runbooks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Administration.
- Strong proficiency with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with the on-site team.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
