Responsibilities
- Monitor and Resolve Tickets: Manage a high volume of incoming technical support tickets via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users efficiently.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, empathetic, and professional technical guidance to customers.
- Documentation: Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the on-call team during weekday transitions to ensure seamless handovers.
- Uptime Assurance: Proactively monitor system health to prevent weekend outages.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/macOS, MS Office Suite, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and occasional holidays.
