Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the proprietary Tech Stack 2026 ecosystem, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across all engineering departments.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor senior engineers and architects to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Deep proficiency in the Tech Stack 2026 (or equivalent modern frameworks and languages such as Rust, TypeScript, and Cloud Native technologies).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
