- Product Strategy: Translate abstract business goals into concrete product requirements and success metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders, ranging from engineering teams to C-suite executives.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for key 2026 initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term (5+ years) and bridge the gap between current operations and future innovation.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and emerging tech stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
