Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with error correction capabilities
- Design quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid workflows

- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit design and coherence optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing or advanced algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and error correction
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with quantum hardware integration and calibration
