Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct and manage comprehensive site audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup opportunities to improve core web vitals.
- Strategy Execution: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on keyword discovery, competitor analysis, and content gap identification.
- On-Page Optimization: Lead the optimization of landing pages, ensuring meta tags, headers, and content structure are fully optimized for both users and search engines.
- Link Building & Authority: Design and oversee white-hat link building campaigns to increase domain authority and drive referral traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing weekly reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with content writers, developers, and PPC managers to ensure a unified approach to digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, including a proven track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings for complex websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of technical SEO principles, including site architecture, robots.txt, canonicalization, and XML sitemaps.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics 4.
- Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
