Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, including site speed, crawlability, and schema markup issues.
- Develop and execute data-driven link-building campaigns to acquire high-authority backlinks and boost domain authority.
- Lead keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value organic opportunities and content gaps.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and web developers to optimize on-page elements, meta tags, and site architecture.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (organic traffic, rankings, conversion rates) using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and Google algorithm updates to ensure our strategies remain compliant and effective.
- Optimize mobile-first indexing strategies to maximize visibility across all devices.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a documented track record of improving organic search rankings and traffic.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale SEO projects and mentoring junior team members.
- Relevant certification (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) is a plus.
