Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword research strategies to target high-value search terms and user intent.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, internal linking structures, and content architecture.
- Lead off-page SEO efforts, including building high-authority backlinks and managing outreach campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other proprietary tools.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices across the entire tech stack.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 4+ years in SEO, with a demonstrable history of driving significant organic traffic growth.
- Deep understanding of Google's Search Core Updates and current algorithm best practices.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong plus.
