Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and team growth.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure system reliability and performance optimization for web and mobile platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and implement them to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (SQL & NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
