The Role: In this position, you will play a critical role in maintaining our core infrastructure and developing scalable solutions. While our standard hours are Monday-Friday, we offer a flexible arrangement for the right candidate to work on weekends to meet project deadlines or manage system maintenance during off-peak hours.

Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Design, code, and test high-quality software solutions for our clients using modern frameworks and languages.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing codebases to improve performance, scalability, and security.
- Weekend Maintenance: Perform essential system updates, database backups, and patch management during scheduled weekend shifts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Debugging: Identify and resolve complex software bugs and technical issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for code, API integrations, and system architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related technical field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Availability: Must be available to work a weekend shift on a part-time or full-time basis as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
