Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision and architectural standards to support our expansion into emerging technologies.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the research and implementation of cutting-edge AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing applications.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive leadership and clients.
- System Optimization: Oversee the design, deployment, and scaling of cloud-native architectures to ensure high availability and performance.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in designing scalable distributed systems.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, NLP, and generative model architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
