Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and communicate a comprehensive strategic vision for the company leading up to the year 2026, aligning all departments toward common goals.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging technologies, consumer behaviors, and competitive threats that will define the 2026 landscape.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate high-level vision into actionable business units and KPIs.
- Resource Forecasting: Anticipate resource needs for future projects, ensuring we have the right talent and infrastructure in place for the 2026 transition.

Qualifications
