Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and compensation strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, including weekend and night availability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven ability to source and place hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in flexible or shift-based environments.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
