Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, and IT positions.
- Manage the entire talent pipeline, utilizing Boolean searches and social sourcing to identify high-quality candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding logistics.
- Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and reporting metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software development and IT roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time hours on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) without conflict.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
