Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for weekend-specific positions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to identify passive talent in the Detroit metro area.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet immediate hiring needs.
- Coordinate and conduct technical and behavioral interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms and ensure accurate data entry in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the talent team to optimize recruitment strategies and improve time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven success in placing candidates in software engineering, IT, or related technical fields.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
