Responsibilities
- Conduct weekend outreach: Proactively contact potential candidates via LinkedIn, phone, and email to fill open technical positions.
- Screen and interview: Perform initial technical and cultural screenings to assess candidate fit for client needs.
- Manage pipelines: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to update candidate status and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Client collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand weekend availability needs and refine job descriptions.
- Market intelligence: Research market trends in the DC metro area to stay ahead of competitor activity.
- Onboarding support: Coordinate logistics for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the weekend shift model.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or HR.
- Scheduling: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility to cover Friday evenings if needed.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
