Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning engineering milestones with business objectives.
- Lead high-level architectural decisions for scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and C-level executives to translate business vision into technical specifications.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and scalability across all 2026 product lines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems for global enterprises.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and quantum computing principles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
