Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and launching disruptive technologies and business models
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Manage R&D portfolio allocation and resource optimization for maximum impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in innovation management, strategy consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products/services
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
