Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the master strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning business objectives with emerging technological trends.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Research and Development initiatives, identifying and integrating breakthrough technologies such as advanced AI and quantum computing.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of engineers, designers, and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future-forward concepts to C-level executives and investors to secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global market shifts to ensure our 2026 vision remains relevant and competitive.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the creation of proof-of-concept prototypes to validate futuristic concepts before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within the technology sector, with at least 5 years in executive management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks relevant to 2026, including neural networks, edge computing, and sustainable tech.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into viable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
