Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital communications with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding local services, events, and resources
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer information in CRM systems

- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Adhere to all company protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and enrolled in high school or equivalent
