Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Assist customers with product information, account status, and general questions.
- Update customer records accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service standards.
- Adhere to company call scripts and quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old and currently enrolled in High School or College.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone voice.

- California residency is required.
