Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet daily performance metrics (call volume, quality scores)
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with valid work authorization
- High school student or recent graduate
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigation)
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (15-20 hrs/week)
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
