Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism
- Resolve billing and account issues efficiently
- Process orders and update customer records accurately
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex cases
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions
- Participate in weekly training sessions
- Represent company values in all customer touchpoints
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old and enrolled in high school or GED program
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, browsers, MS Office)
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (15-20 hrs/week)
